We always ship orders as soon as possible, usually within the next business day. You will receive an email confirming the processing of your order and containing the tracking number if applicable. Shipping rates and costs
There are no shipping costs if your subtotal is 150$ or more and if we are shipping to Canada or the United States. If your subtotal is less than 150$, see our shipping rates below.

For Canada, Standard shipping is CAD$10.00 and Express shipping is CAD$20.00.

For the rest of the World, the rate will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the order and the destination.

 

Shipping methods and delivery time
Our main shipping partner is Canada Post. See below for the estimated shipping speeds.

For Canada, Standard shipping will take 3 to 9 business days to arrive and Express shipping, 1 to 2 business days.

For the rest of the World, the shipping speed will depend on the destination.

Please note that the shipping speeds mentioned here are approximative and may vary depending on multiple factors. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our carriers.

 

Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes. We may also refuse to ship your order if we consider that it is not safe to do so or for any reason we deem appropriate. 

 

Missing or lost packages
We are not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, lost or stolen, please contact the carrier used using the tracking number we provided in your shipping confirmation. 

 

International shipping
When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any international taxes, charges, and any additional fees. Please refer to the carrier in these cases.
